Reservation & Cancellation

Upon making a reservation, the first night stay (per room) will be charged to your credit card account as a Non-Refundable Deposit.

The property maintains a maximum 28-day stay limit with no exceptions.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out fee: $20.00 per full hour
• Office hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily

Room Inspections

Guests should examine their room upon arrival and report any issues immediately to management.

Early Departure

No refunds are provided for early departures due to weather, emergencies, or utility service failures.

Guest Requirements

All guests must be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID.

The registered guest is fully responsible for the care of occupants under the age of 18 years old.

Smoking Policy

There is a room recovery fee of $200.00/room for guests who do not comply with our NON-SMOKING ROOMS POLICY.

Pet Policy

A $25.00 daily fee will apply. Pets must be declared during guest registration.

Important: Aggressive dog breeds including Pitbulls and Rottweilers are prohibited.

Liability

The motel disclaims responsibility for guest belongings, damages, injuries, or misconduct during stays.
